This website is used to present original paintings and to enable basic communication with interested visitors.

If you contact me (via email or contact form), I process the following data:

• name and surname (if provided)

• email address

• message content

I use this data only to reply to you or to arrange a painting / answer your question.
I do not share your data with anyone and I do not use it for marketing purposes.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing is based on legitimate interest according to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the need to communicate with a person who contacted me voluntarily.

4. Data Retention

I store personal data only for the time necessary to handle the communication, but no longer than 12 months.
After that, the data is permanently deleted.

5. Data Sharing

I do not share your data with any third parties and I do not transfer it outside the EU.
Only I, as the data controller, have access to the data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• request access to your data

• request correction or deletion

• object to processing

• lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority
